We are Brady and Emily, the husband-and-wife team behind Platinum Innovation Homes. Proudly based in Northwest Iowa, we built this company around a personal experience that changed the way we think about protecting a home and everything inside it.

Platinum Innovation Homes was born from an experience our family never expected to have.
At my parents’ shop, where our family had stored many of our belongings, a fire destroyed everything. When we began sorting through the burned and damaged debris, we faced a problem most people never think about until it happens:
How do you prove what you owned after it’s gone?
We had to dig through the remains, identify what we could, remember what we owned, and provide documentation to the insurance company.
That experience opened our eyes to a major problem: people spend years building their homes and accumulating the things that matter to them, yet very few have a complete record of what they own.
That realization became the foundation for Platinum Innovation Homes.
